Disappointed. Very poor customer service.

I ordered it and they told me that they have it available in lawn and cotton but sent me winter linen in this extreme hot weather. It was for Eid n I wasn't able to wear that of course. I asked for exchange n I was told that it can only be done after Eid. I was upset but okay I guess. Then I've been asking them for exchange since Tuesday and it's been a week almost .they do not care to respond to your messages. They do see them just don't care to respond. Very disappointed.
