To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us directly on our WhatsApp support with your order number and product details. Our team will guide you through the process.

Items sent back to us without first contacting our support team will not be accepted.

3. Our team will review your request and provide return or exchange instructions.
4. Once the item is received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement product.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on WhatsApp if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
