Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange requests will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us directly on our WhatsApp support with your order number and product details. Our team will guide you through the process.

Items sent back to us without first contacting our support team will not be accepted.

Exchange Process
1. Contact our support team on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order number and clear pictures of the product.
3. Our team will review your request and provide exchange instructions.
4. Once the item is received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on WhatsApp if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Exchange Conditions
• Item must be unused and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.
• Customers may be required to cover delivery charges for the exchange process. (200 Only)

• Exchanges are only applicable for size issues or damaged/incorrect items.
• Color may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings.
• We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
